A cozy house in the green hills above Budva is a chance to slow down and experience the real Montenegro. The home is located in a quiet, non-touristy area, where mornings begin with mist over the peaks and evenings end with a golden sunset on the terrace. The interior is warm, bright, and full of details that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Vintage pieces, simple forms, and thoughtfully designed spaces make the house especially pleasant for relaxing. You may be on vacation, but it feels like coming home — a place where everything is calm, comfortable, and in its right place. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with a stovetop, a capsule coffee machine, a lounge area with sofas and a large TV, a powerful air conditioner, a clothes dryer, and a Wi-Fi router. The bathroom includes a compact bathtub — very convenient for families with children. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows, so you can sleep peacefully with the windows open. The outdoor pool is shared with one other house. The water is cool and always clean, and the view of the mountains and sea looks like a painting. The well-kept blooming garden is perfect for walking, reading, or simply doing nothing. There are sun loungers by the pool, and we’ve prepared plastic dishes for your snacks and drinks outdoors to make things as convenient and safe as possible. The house is ideal for families with children — there’s a separate room with a bunk bed, and we can provide a baby crib and high chair upon request. The sea is just a 10-minute drive away. The nearest beach, Kamenovo, lies right at the foot of the mountain and is considered one of the cleanest and most comfortable in Budva. Just a bit further are all the other popular beaches of Budva: Bečići, Rafailovići, Sveti Stefan, Miločer, and the King’s and Queen’s beaches. At the base of the hill, there’s a family-run restaurant with delicious Montenegrin cuisine, along with small shops and a bus stop.
