The apartment is located in the Ksenija building, the very heart of one of the most beautiful destinations in Montenegro - Porto Montenegro Luxury Village. It is light and spacious accommodation, modern and furnished with famous Italian brands, which has everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Staying at our 2-bedroom apartment, which is in the Ksenija building, you can enjoy the sea view and main streets of the nautical village through the big floor-to-ceiling windows or from the spacious terrace while having a cup of tea. The Ksenija building has a hi-end GYM and an open-air swimming pool included in the price of your stay. Among the other facilities, you are in an entirely safe area with all facilities on site: 24/7 reception, concierge and security, grocery store, beauty and SPA-salons, fashion boutiques, restaurants, bars, wine station, pharmacy, secure parking. Children playground and marine museum is within the 10-15 minutes walk.

Porto Montenegro village is located in Tivat Bay area and connected to the city of Tivat. Tivat is an excellent spot for vacation holidays or living. The city can offer all kinds of activities such as cycling, hiking, canyoning, SUP, waterskiing, sailing, and many others during the summertime. The coastline is famous for its crystal clear water and all kind of beaches. During the Autumn-Winter-Spring season, there are still many activities you can do, like rafting, hunting, boating, sailing, and many others. Tivat has a great location: you'll spend just 10 minutes driving to the airport, 1h to the Dubrovnik city (Croatia), and 15mins to the Kotor - historical heritage protected by UNESCO.
