Kuca se nalazi u mirnom okruženju prepunom zelenila sa prelijepim pogledom na Durmitor.Udaljenost kuce od centra je 800m .Kuca posjeduje tri spavace sobe,dva kupatila,dnevnu sobu,trpezariju i kuhinju.Posjedujemo privatni parking od dva parking mjesta kao i wi-fi .Udaljenost kuće od Crnog jezera je oko 2,5km.
