Property information

Villa Lutovac is a great option for your holiday in the heart of the Adriatic coast of Montenegro - in Budva. The house is located in a quiet lane, and at the same time close to the tourist infrastructure. Within walking distance - shops, cafes, bars, discos, travel agencies, promenade, beach and Stari Grad Budva. A 20-minute walk is the bus station, from which buses leave for other cities in Montenegro, Croatia, Albania, Serbia. Some of our studios and apartments have huge terraces with stunning city and sea views.
