Welcome to my charming two-storey house located right in the heart of Kotor’s Old Town — the perfect spot for guests who want to experience the authentic atmosphere of this UNESCO-protected medieval gem. The house offers a warm, local feel, with beautiful views of the historic stone streets and city walls from every room. The ground floor features two rooms (Room 2 and Room 6), which share one bathroom located on the same level. This bathroom is used exclusively by these two rooms. On this floor you will also find a fully equipped shared kitchen, available to all guests staying in the five rooms of the house. The upper floor includes Rooms 3, 4 and 5. Rooms 3 and 4 share the upper-floor bathroom, which also includes a washing machine for guest use. Room 5 has its own private bathroom, making it feel more like a small apartment, while still sharing the kitchen with the rest of the house. All rooms offer a lovely view of the Old Town, which you can also see clearly in the photos. Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, seating area, and a window overlooking the charming medieval streets. The house is located directly on the path leading up to the famous Kotor city walls, making it an ideal base for exploring the Old Town, hiking the fortress, or simply enjoying the unique atmosphere of this magical place. Everything you might want to see or experience is just a few steps away. Within minutes, you can reach iconic landmarks such as the St. Tryphon Cathedral, Maritime Museum, St. Luke’s Church, and of course the entrance to the Kotor Fortress trail. The Old Town is lively and full of small cafés, wine bars, traditional restaurants, artisan shops, and local boutiques. You will also find convenience stores, bakeries, and pharmacies nearby, making your stay easy and comfortable. The Sea Gate (main entrance to the Old Town) and the waterfront promenade are only a short walk away, where you can enjoy the marina, seaside views, and boat tours around the bay.
