The Villa Emily is located in the small city along the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and it’s definitely a perfect place for a good rest. Villa Emily is constructed 150 years ago in typical local Mediterranean style and it’s right next to the sea. The whole building was fully refurbished in 2018.The apartments are mixture of modern and authentic architecture style, built according to highest standards of construction and quality materials. The building overall has 5000 square foots. On the ground floor are two apartments and one on the first floor with a beautiful sea view. The house has two terraces, one on the front of the house seaside, and one on the back of the house mountainside. Both are at disposition to the guests, for chilling out and preparing own BBQ. The facility has own parking space, beach area, security /surveillance systems and it’s offering in all units: free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, living room, flat screen-TV with satellite channels, safes, private bathroom with hair dryer and shower, terrace with furniture etc.

We are a happy family with three beautiful children and we have fulfilled our dream. We have a passion for travel and love exploring new places. Whilst this is a new business venture for us we are not new to the hospitality industry, I currently work for Royal Caribbean International as a Chief Engineer. With that experience I am sure that we will be able to respond/help to our guests with any request/demand/ needs they may have.

The accommodation is located quarter mile from very good fish restaurant “Boka Bay” and 800 foot from minimarket, bakery, bar, post office. Nearest airport is a Tivat Airport 9 mile away. Property it’s 3 miles from the Kotor sea gate, Old town on the west side and a foot away of Vrmac hill. Vrmac hill is known as a health resort due to particular crossing of sea and mountain air. The Old town Kotor is on the list of UNESCO world culture heritage since 1979. The cultural richness of Kotor is invaluable. The Treasury of the city is home to the most important cultural monuments such as the Clock Tower (VIII century), the Cathedral of St. Tripun (XII), the Church of St. Luke (XII), the Knights' Palace (XVII), the Church of Saint Mary (XII), the Church of Our Lady of Health (XV) Napoleon's Theater (XIX).
