Welcome to our modern and cozy 53 m² apartment, just 5 km from Skopje Airport, located in a secure gated complex built in 2025. The complex offers private parking, video surveillance, an elevator, and a children’s park, providing a safe and relaxing environment for all guests. Nearby, you’ll find a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, sandwich shops, a beauty center within the complex, and easy access to public transport. Inside, the apartment features a bright and comfortable living room with a dining area and a sofa that can sleep one extra guest. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay: toaster, dishes, pots and pans, fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment to ensure a comfortable stay. The bedroom accommodates two guests and includes a built-in wardrobe and a desk lamp. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower cabin, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Extra linens are provided for convenience.
