Our place is family friendly, pet friendly and also can be used as a party house, cleaned on daily basis, within the nature, right beside the lake, with everything under your hand such as kitchen with everyhing you need, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room equipped with karaoke. Which can accommodate upto 15 people. We also have another house beside this one which can also accommodate upto 15 people. It is a perfect place for fully enjoying the day with your friends and family.

I studied in University in Turin, Italy and also went to Trento for cultural exchange student when I was in high school, at that time Airbnb helped me a lot for finding accommodations and when I travel, I also used Airbnb to find my accommodations too, that's why I want to open up my place here in Mongolian untapped nature for people's to stay. The property is a Private area, there is a small river nearby, there are also small houses close to the property but used in only weekends during summer. As I mentioned there are 2 houses rented on the property and it sits as twinhouse, the entrances are close by but private, the landscape will be used by both houses and PLEASE note that during your stay the another house might be also occupied and they might throw a party in the house and it might get loud, as the houses are rented daily basis. However we ask both our renters to be wary that others will be there so be sure to not disturb the other party that is renting next to you.
