Entry is via a private street-level door—no shared spaces. The house is arranged across multiple levels connected by internal stairs on ground and semi-basement levels. --- Our home is located in a peaceful part of Floriana, perfect for those seeking a restful stay with easy access to Valletta and the ferry terminals. Should you like to spend a day at our sister island Gozo this would only take 45 minutes or a day in the in the 3-cities (Senglea, Cospicua and Vittoriosa) only 10 minutes away by ferry. Please note that there are some internal stairs due to the home's traditional layout. We’re happy to recommend local spots, dining, and art events nearby. One can find an Italian cafeteria and small market one corner away. Long stays are welcome—ideal for remote workers thanks to high-speed fiber internet.

Dar Il-Ħnejja is located in Floriana, a charming historic suburb of Valletta. The home is set just around the corner from the Bastion Gardens, overlooking the Grand Harbour. Within 1 minute’s walk, you’ll reach the Valletta City Gate, yet enjoy the calm and authenticity of a quiet residential street. Walk to the Upper Barrakka Gardens, the Three Cities ferry, or the Gozo fast ferry—all within 10–20 minutes on foot.
