When you exit the elevator you enter the entrance hall on the right and your property is on the right hand side of the corridor. Once you enter you have a small landing that leads the way to both sides of the property from back to front. At the back there is the first and the second bedroom (first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom). At the front you have a cost living combined with a nice kitchen/dining overlooking a spacious terrace.

The neighborhood is most of all very safe and family friendly. There is a park 2 minutes walk. All amenities are surrounding this property which include but not limited to - banks, atm's, local butchers, groceries, there is also a Lidl just around the corner, a frozen food shop just beneath the building, a christian-catholic church literally on the same street and there is also some pubs and dining places which are very well priced and serve good food.
