We are pleased to offer this beautiful semi elevated maisonette all amenities in order to be comfortable and independent. In the living area there is a big comfortable leather sofa with a chaise long, coffee table and a cable TV, There is a full size kitchen having electric oven, microwave and a gas hob, big fridge and freezer and all the cutlery you need to make a good lunch or dinner.
the place is situated 10 mins away from the promenade, you can go and have a nice walk near the sea, you can stop to eat or drink in one of the many restaurants or bars that are in the area there is a big park where you can take your children to play and you can as well go to swim in the area.
