This villa is directly facing the sea promenade of Qawra , it is one of the last few remaining original seafront properties on Qawra seafront. The property was originally built in the 70's as a summer seaside residence. Our family purchased this house in 2015 and after complete renovation we have transformed it into a lovely, relaxing airy and bright all year round home with all modern amenities. The perfect get away for spending quality time with family and friends
Our family love the sea, so this was the perfect home as a seaside getaway. It is perfect location for snorkeling and diving ! You can walk straight out of the Villa and into the sea. The area along Qawra point is rendered extra safe for swimmers during the Summer months, with dedicated swimmers zone, with lifeguards on watch.
This home is a stone throw away from the Malta National Aquarium and swimming area off Qawra seafront. Its lovely for evening walks along the promenade, or early morning jog along the sea. Great choice of restaurants and bars, including the evening hotspot Cafe del Mar, and popular fish restaurant chain Ocean basket. For those of you wanting to do some sightseeing, there is a bus stop 1 minute walk from the Villa, while the main bus terminus is just 6 minutes walk away, with direct routes to most areas around Malta, including the Gozo ferry terminal, Sliema, the city of Valletta, or the old city of Mdina.
