The villa is located in a gated estate with its own security personel. Privacy is guaranteed. It has its own private access to the beach and is next to a nature reserve park with access other beaches in Tamarin. The beach is only 2 mins walk accessible via a private path. 24. hrs security and private beach. HOUSE POLICY: Please note that it is compulsory to Turn OFF the air conditionin unit before leaving the villa or apartment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge of Euro 10 per day for duration of stay if the air conditioning unit is found to be on while the room apartment or villa is unoccupied. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and has the natural coastall feeling as this place has been well preserved and is unique as there is not much public access around the area.
