I am a retired sociology university lecturer from the UK. I am a Mauritian , but was raised and educated in England. I love my homeland, so decided to buy a villa close to the beach. This property is big enough to have separate rentable living areas. This has given me the opportunity to offer part of my home to visiting holiday makers or digital nomads. I love meeting new people and I welcome cultural difference in our home. I have lived most of my life in the UK, married and have 2 grown up children. Although I only holidayed here I now spend more time here. walking and swimming on the beach, I welcome you to my little heaven.
A lovely friendly and safe neighbourhood. People are helpful. Our road has the benefits of calm serenity and the privilege of being a few yards from the Garden Lodge..where you can enjoy the best of French coffee and indeed wines and beer, whilst you sit in the most gorgeous surroundings. We are a 8 minute walk from a secluded beach which is quite and inviting. But if you want more life, then the Pereybere public beach is only a further 5 mins walk away. We are close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Most liked about this villa is its tropical surroundings, its closeness to the beach and the peaceful surroundings, yet still being in the heart of the buzz of Pereybere town where the restaurants' with a mixture of Indian, Mauritian, Creole and Chinese awaits you..
