If you are looking for comfort on your holiday then look no further ! This brand new apartment is situated on the 1st floor and is modern, spacious, full of natural lights and elegantly decorated for maximum comfort. It is also centrally located to amenities like restaurants, pubs, transport, supermarkets and public beach. Moreover, it is fully equipped with premium fittings such as a flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Bath and beach towels and a few essentials are available free of charge for our guests The living room, kitchen and all three bedrooms have large windows for plenty of natural lights. 2 bedrooms are fitted with Queen-size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and they are all equipped with air conditioning. The private balcony, with table and chairs for the comfort of our guests, overview the beautiful shared swimming pool and the garden. Sunbeds are available for well deserved relaxations as well as a gym for those who would like to keep in shape. For our guests security, there are CCTV in common areas. The main entrance door opens with an access code, again providing added security for our guests. There is no private parking annexed to the residence but an area is available next to Les Cerisiers and may be used by our guests to park their rental cars free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Nearby construction, with attendant noise, may take place at sometime during your stay. This will not impact parking or access to the apartment but could result in noise between 8am - 4pm on weekdays and 8am to noon on Saturdays. This situation will probably last till October 2025 as per the contractor. By booking this listing, you are acknowledging that possible construction noise won’t be an issue for you. Les Cerisiers - Exclusive Beach Residence is centrally located in Flic-en-Flac on the west coast of Mauritius. The apartment is steps away from the famous and beautiful public beach of Flic-en-Flac, renowned for its stunning sunsets and its 8km white sand beach, offering an ideal place to have picnic while staying in the shadow of the trees scattered along the coastline. The lagoon, protected by reefs, makes swimming safe and various water sports enjoyable. The bus stop on the coastal road is only 1 minute walk from the apartment. Hop in a bus and go to Port-Louis or to other cities such as Quatre-Bornes or Curepipe and from there you can venture further across the island. All facilities are available in the nearby of Les Cerisiers, including various types of restaurants, bars, clubs, bank, ATM, post office, clinics, shopping center, pharmacy, and shops. Not to forget the food trailers on the beach to get a glimpse of Mauritian food. My advice for my guests would be to take a stroll in the late-afternoon and enjoy the beautiful sunset !
