Group Policy – Applicable for bookings of 4 units or more:
• Cancellations or no-shows on the day of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation charges.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date.
