Cokes Surf point is right in front of the property and the breaks can be seen through the window. The property has a large open area infront of the property shaded mostly by palm trees. The property underwent some upgrades and renovations in Mar - Aug 2017. New facilities available include TV / Safes / Desks / New wardrobes.etc.

There is a dive center very close by. We can arrange excursions to picnic island / fishing / dolphin viewing on request. An uninhabited island is within a hundred meters from the property, and you can go to the island by wading through shallow crystal clear water. Beware of the high tide however, as it can drag you as the current sometimes is very strong. There is a bridge that can be used to cross to the island, but the bridge is currently in very bad shape.
