The property is located in Baa Atoll, Fulhadhoo, a UNESCO biosphere reserve, with one of the best lagoons and recreational fishing spots in the Maldives. The island is close to several sandbanks, coral garden and a visitable uninhabited island.

TRANSPORT:
1. There is currently one speedboat ferry service that connect to the island. With a travel time of approximately 1 hour 45 minutes
Atoll Cute, that departs at 12 pm (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu) from Male'/International Airport and at 3 pm on Fridays. The return ferry is at 7 am from Fulhadhoo.
2. Seaplane operates to the island on Saturday and Thursday, travel time is 30 minutes. Departs from Airport to Fulhadhoo at 2 pm and Departs from Fulhadhoo to Male' at 2:30 pm
