Well established neighborhood with 24/7 security and gated entry. This is a Private property with no shared spaces. The home has amazing views from every direction overlooking both the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. Short walk to a private beach. We provide you with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Costco and great grocery stores are all located within 5 minutes of the property.
I’m always available over the phone, text or email. I live in Seattle, but we have a local property managers that are readily available. You will find all our contact info on the fridge.
Cabo Bello is a very well established neighborhood with a mix of expats and vacation rental homes. It’s very well maintained and well secured too.
