In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.
