Live the real Mexico experience staying with the locals, the 2 rooms are private, but in case you don't rent both rooms probably you will share the common area where the fridge, coffee maker microwave and bathroom of de room 2 it is.

port to isla mujeres near market, downtown near, easy to move around, autobus, taxi, uber, bici. etc
