You'll have access to our development's 2 pools (one is adult-only, and the other is for all ages). There's a gym, a men and women's spa with sauna and massage room. Pickleball is super fun and there are paddles available for guests. This development is pretty quiet, with many residents living here full-time. The quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The pool at the clubhouse is adult-only, with another pool a few steps away that's suitable for all ages. Two dedicated parking spots are available for your use. Uber is very convenient and cheap in Cabo. El Tezal is a beautiful area within an 8-minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Set up in the hills of Cabo San Lucas, El Tezal offers stunning panoramic views to the Sea of Cortez and the Cabo rocks. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and services within a convenient 5 minute drive or Uber ride. Walmart and Fresko (a beautiful nearby grocery store) will deliver straight to your door.
