There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a Three hundred dollars penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up - For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. - The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car.
