The property has a water filter installed making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink. Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. To preserve the aesthetics of the building, there is a strict rule to NOT hang any clothes, towels or other objects on the terrace, over the balcony railings, or anywhere outside the apartment. Doing so incurs a FINE OF 1,500 PESOS.
