Stunning new penthouse in a boutique building. Located half a block from the beach, with restaurants, bars and the Malecon all within walking distance.
Two bedrooms, both with a king size bed, AC, big screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
A fully furnished kitchen, with floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony, both with ocean views. The rooftop has a swimming pool, BBQ, sun loungers and a gym.
There is a concierge service during the day, and a coffee shop and French bakery around the corner.
Zona Romantica, with bars, restaurants, shops and the beach all within walking distance.
Street parking is available through Zone Romántica, and local buses run regularly throughout the day. Besides that there is Uber and InDrive available.
