Penthouse Las Nubes resides in the Casa del Mar condos, which are proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This two-level penthouse with 3 bedrooms, and a 3.5 bath has breathtaking ocean views from almost every room in the condo and sits right next to beautiful Coco Beach. This condo offers one bedroom to the left of the front door with two twin beds and a full bath, as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The full kitchen with a dishwasher and filtered water sits to the right of the front door. The second bedroom with a king bed and full en-suite bathroom lies to the left of the living room. Just past the kitchen sits the dining room with seating for 6 and the living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite. Walk through the sliding glass doors off the living room to reach the ocean view terrace with BBQ and patio set with an umbrella, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also private access from the terrace to the second bedroom. The second floor offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. Through the sliding glass doors is the second terrace with lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi (Non-heated). This complex boasts a rooftop pool, elevators, and a lush tropical interior with banana trees. Casa del Mar is also a short five-minute walk from 5th Avenue with its endless options of boutiques, restaurants, and sidewalk cafes.
