Condo 406 is a one-bedroom Premier Playa Blanca rental property that will accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and two children ages 12 and under. All Premier rental units at Playa Blanca offer guests additional complementary services including front desk reception, concierge services, on-site maintenance, daily refuse removal, additional toiletries, and coffee service. In-stay cleaning is also available for a moderate fee. All units come with fully equipped kitchens but for those who would rather not cook, there are 2 awesome beachfront bars and restaurants with live entertainment within a 5-minute stroll along the beach!! IMPORTANT NOTE! As mentioned earlier this unit will accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and two children ages 12 and under. The children would need to sleep in the master bed and/or on the couch. Extra blankets and pillows are available. Unit #406 does have a 2 single-size futons which will make your children's stay much more enjoyable. Finally, this is a pet friendly unit.
