These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Potential for noise — Being in the downtown area there could be noise from vehicles or outside noises that are not ours. Must climb stairs — The building has elevator service, however, in case of repair or maintenance, the guest must use stairs. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, centralized AC, bed linens, bath & beach towels are all provided free for guests during your stay. Free parking on premises as well. Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at 5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
