We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). The TVs in the unit are flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Please note that cable channels are not available. Please note that the pool is not heated. We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (Just note that these are not replenished.): toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please note that only half of the stove burners work until further notice. We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations: - Close the faucet while you wash your dishes - Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands - Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering - If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. You will be responsible for removing all of your belongings and any trash from the unit that can be placed in the metal barrel bin outside the house. Any food (opened or unopened) that you might want to leave behind can be left in the kitchen. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. Dishes without food should be left inside the dishwasher. A default will cause a 20.00 USD fine. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation.

The Torres Cantera property is about 17.2 km | 10.7 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 198 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer.
