HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property is located in a private community club with their own requirements to grant access to the facilities. These requirements are a complete list with the names and an official ID of each guest. While HOLT collects and shares guest information, the community administration handles guest access. Any delays in the guests registration are the responsibility of the community. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a fine. The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.

Our spacious and cozy condo can host up to 9 guests comfortably with three bedrooms and six beds. As a HOLT guest, you will have full access to the additional amenities in the complex, including a pool, a Casa Club with a restaurant and a lounge bar, secured parking, and 24/7 security. The complex also offers access to the golf course, and a spa with a variety of services — Both offered for an additional fee. In addition, guests who book 14 nights or more are eligible to acquire a membership pass to the exclusive facilities at el Tigre, for an additional fee. The membership includes access to the gym facilities with an Olympic pool, a variety of fitness classes, tennis and pickleball courts, and access to the private beach club, an exclusive island within the facilities. The living room includes: • Seating for your whole party • Smart TV with loaded apps • Balcony access with an outdoor dining table • Full bathroom with a newly renovated interior. The Bedrooms include: • All three bedrooms have their own Smart TV • The Master Bedroom has a King bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and bathtub with spa settings • The second bedroom has custom 2 bunk beds — 1 queen bed and 3 single beds • The third bedroom features a double bed. Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
