In a safe neighborhood 3 blocks off the beach. You are far enough away from the main beaches and nightclubs not to hear the noise when you're going to sleep but close enough to walk. The condo comes with one parking spot if you rent a car. You are walking distance to pretty much all the beach activities, beach clubs, nightlife and downtown. Taxis are readily available as well.
