Paradise Suite is a professional property management firm which was established since year 2017. To date we are hosting more than 20 different rooms/properties which are all listed in various different platforms. These accommodations are all situated in the city center of Kota Kinabalu. Namely - Imago The Loft, KK Times Square, Sutera Avenue, and Asia City.
Our operation team consists of responsive management, and well trained professional cleaners to assure every guests will have a peace of mind while staying in our accommodation.

★Paradise Suite @ Sutera Avenue★ will be the top pick accommodation for anyone who wish to stay in the heart of the city center while travelling in Kota Kinabalu. It is situated at one of the city newer development - Sutera Avenue. There are food outlets and convenient store within the premise. It is only 5 minutes walk to the city best and famous IMAGO Shopping Mall.
This property consist of 15 rooms in total. Each of the room has their own private attached bathroom, and the room itself is capable of accommodating up to 3 person comfortably. There is also a living area (shared) outside of each room. In this cozy living area, you will be able to sit down and chit-chat with your friends/colleagues/families/guests/clients. Microwave, and basic utensils are also being prepared for your perusal to let you have a quick bite whenever you feel like it (food not provided). A shared refrigerator is also readily available for you to store that precious ice-cream of yours! If you chose to stay in our Seaview Room, you will be able to enjoy the breath-taking city view and a glimpse of the marvelous sea view directly from the room. Sit back and relax, just what you need for a retreat plan!
