This is a new apartment block that is located in the centre of Kuala Terengganu. My unit sits at the 23rd floor that facing the ocean. It is very breezy during daytime and at night too. This place is very nearby (within walking distance) to the magnificent Batu Buruk Beach where you can spend your precious family time there. Shops/restaurants and Paya Bunga Square mall with cinema are easily accessible by car (5-10mins drive).
Good news!! We have had recently(on the 3/2/2023) upgraded the interior and services for our homestay. We also added wifi & you can enjoy Netflix too. Kindly refer attached photos & facilities for further infos :)

I am a government worker, i am very friendly. I personally love this particular apartment because of it's location and surrounding.
KT is a very pleasant place to hang around especially if you are tired of the hectic life in big cities. There is KT walk(night market) in the heart of the city on Friday night. You can also enjoy evening stroll with your family at the beach. This apartment is also very close to the Shah Bandar Jetty if you plan to go to Redang Island. There is also Pasar Payang next to the jetty, where you can shop for the famous batik clothes and other souvenirs.
