Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that as the front desk does not operate 24 hours a day, guests are requested to fill in their estimated arrival time in SPECIAL REQUEST BOX upon booking. The property will arrange a hotel staff to greet and assist check-in service. Self-check-in instruction will be sent on the arrival day to the guests when needed.
Guests whose estimated time of arrival fall after 18:00 are requested to inform the property upon booking in the Special Request box as the property would have to prepare staff on stand-by to assist with late check-ins.
