Azuria Condominium is strategically located along Jalan Lembah Permai, Tanjung Bungah. It is just a 5-min drive to the famous floating Mosque, 8-min drive to Miami Beach and 10-min drive to Golden Sand Beach. It is also near to UTAR, Dalat International School and Tenby International School. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 7 pax. It is well-furnished with air-con, heater, TV, fridge, water purifier, basic kitchen fittings and utensils.
Azuria Condominium is easy access to many amenities such as convenient shops, coffee shop, banks, laundry shops and hawker center. All the shops are just in front of the condominium. The famous Sunshine Bay Seafood Restaurant is just within 5-min walking distance.
