The CEO is a Office / Executive suites mixed development located at Bukit Jambul in heart city of Bayan Lepas. Penang. It’s situated in a place that has easy access to a variety of amenities such as Queensbay mall, PISA convention center, Penang international airport, Sg Nibong bus complex, Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar eateries, PISA Swimming Arena, Bkt Jambul Golf Club and Bayan Lepas FTZ. It's a 17-storeys business tower comprising commercial offices, executive suites, business centre and carparks. HOUSE RULES 1) Strictly NO SMOKING includes e-vaping inside the unit. 2) NO Durian, Mangosteen & Dragon Fruits which the odor smell can contaminate the air con system & linen fabric. 3) NO party, event function, loud noise & music during the stay. 4) NO Pets are allowed. 5) NO outside shoe and beach sands in the property 6) Strictly NO heavy/oily cooking allowed, ONLY LIGHT COOKING ALLOWED. 7) Ironing job only done on the board provided. If found any ironing mark on other area, penalty will be imposed. 8) DO not shifted any heavy furniture without the host consent. This will cause damages to the furniture, floor and wall scratches. 9) Kindly book the EXACT NUMBER of guests staying include adults, children and infants. The beds will be arranged accordingly to the number of guest booked. Any extra guests/ extra beds request will be charge RM30 (Pre-inform before 3.00pm).

Located at the heart city of Bukit Jambul in Bayan Lepas along the famous Queensbay mall, PISA convention center, Penang international airport, Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar eateries, PISA Swimming Arena, Bkt Jambul Golf Club and Bayan Lepas FTZ. Penang Airport (PIA) just 6km away or 8 mins drive. Queensbay Mall only 7 minutes drive. There are still many attractive location around which is reachable by car, taxi, or public transport. We highly recommend ride E-hailing apps such like Grab to get around from place to place in Penang. For those who are driving, we provide 1 free indoor car park, and there's also ample paid parking space surrounding of the building for those coming in more than 1 car.
