The 3 bedroom villa is located right in front of the Chemperoh River, one of the clearest in Janda Baik. Located 486m above sea level with night temperature averaging 22C. Designed for those who prefer nature with the creature comfort of a villa. A small but fully functioning kitchen suits the self-catering type. BBQ facilities is also provided. Guests can enjoy activities such as beach volleyball, ping pong, mini-soccer and boule on site.

I am an avid traveller having been to 50 countries around the world. Many times staying in Airbnb locations world wide. Janda Baik is almost a permanent weekend break for me and I am still exploring all the trails in the neighbourhood, especially the mtb trails. There will be an on-site caretaker who will assist you during your stay and could help with errands such as going to the local sundry shop and buying food from the local eateries. The caretaker will charge a small fee of RM10-15 for the errand trips.

The weather is not too hot or cold, just nice especially in the evening (22-24 degrees celcius). Not far from downtown KL. One of the few premise in Jandal Baik with direct access to a stream that is good enough for swimming (and hush hush... diving). Good eateries are all about 1/5-5.5km from the villa. You can bring your own bicycles to enjoy the good weather especially in the morning or you can just stroll up the hills for a scenic view of the area. Getting to Janda Baik requires private transport or Grab (appx RM90-100) from Klang Valley). Cycling around the neighbourhood and hiking to the nearby jungle is considered one of the key attractions of the neighbourhood
