I am an architect, and Gaze is my private holiday home. It is where my husband and I raised our daughter in her early years and still return to when we need a break from our city life. Gaze is managed for us by a team of enthusiastic, lovely folks who manage several properties in Langkawi. They're great sources of up-to-date information on what's new on the island and where to go. They're also generous with sharing their personal favourites with you, so I encourage you to ask them for advice while vacationing with us! Your friendly host will greet you at the property and guide you through your check-in process. Our concierges are contactable any time from 8 am to 10 pm to assist you with your vacation needs - i.e. transportation, activity/tour/spa bookings and recommendations.

The secluded hilltop location of Gaze is a tranquil spot, yet only 2 km away from the main Pantai Tengah and Pantai Chenang strips, where the island's most popular bars and restaurants are located. We advise guests to catch a taxi from the taxi counter at the airport as it is much cheaper than pre-arranging a car/taxi. Alternatively, we can also assist you in renting a car that you can pick up and self-drive from the airport. There are no public transport facilities in Langkawi apart from taxis. Our concierge can provide you with a list of trusted taxi drivers to call, or alternatively book a taxi for you during your stay/arrange for car rentals. NOTE: The property is not suitable for the infirm, disabled or elderly with limited mobility. Gaze's location is hilly & slightly off the beaten path. Renting a car is highly recommended during your stay with us.
