From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Kindly be informed on the check-in and check-out location for the following room categories:

Please note that the property will only issue an official receipt upon receiving the deposit or part/full settlement of amount due from you, prior to your stay or event at the hotel. A tax invoice will only be issued upon completion of services rendered by the hotel.

Third party credit cards are not accepted for payments. Credit card used for payment in advance must be presented upon check for verification.

Notice of Renovation Works – Roselle Coffee House Alfresco at

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance guest comfort and improve

our facilities, a section of the alfresco area at Roselle Coffee House in

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson will be undergoing upgrading works for air

conditioning to ensure guests comfort. Renovation will commence mid-June and is expected to be completed

by end of August. During this time, the Roselle Coffee House and a section of the alfresco

area will remain open as usual. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and

greatly appreciate your kind understanding and support as we work to

serve you better.

1. All rates quoted are inclusive of 8% Sales & Service Tax.

2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax

(Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00nett per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and

foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon

check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is

not included in your total room cost.

3. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are

subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.

4. Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea or beach view rooms, subject to availability.

5. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in:

1. RM300 per night for Villas

2. RM1,000 per night for Suites

7. Maximum number of occupants:

1. Sky, Executive, Premium & Panorama Pool Villas: 4 persons

2. Royal Suites: 4 persons

3. Imperial Suites: 6 persons

4. Presidential Suites: 8 persons

8. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available

upon request and are subject to availability.

9. Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel.

10. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

11. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional

persons beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 nett

per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested.

12. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of

up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in

enclosed areas of their rooms.

13. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians,

mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.

14. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request

and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 nett is required for guests checking in with

decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon

check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause

excessive litter or damage.

Please be informed that major upgrading works will take place at Roselle Coffee House (indoor dining, Level G) from 5–9 October 2025, during which some noise disruption is expected. Starting 9 October 2025, entry to the restaurant will be temporarily redirected via the Buggy Station 1 area for approximately three months. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding as we work to elevate your future dining experience.

Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee): In line with the Negeri Sembilan State Government’s directive, a Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee) of RM4.00 net per room, per night will be applicable to all guests, effective October 2025. This fee is not included in the room rate and shall be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the Government upon check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
