Stay in our newly renovated seaview/city-view apartment with gorgeous swimming pool overlooking the sea with at an affordable rate.

People come and go over all these years from all around the world, and we do our best to at provide a comfortable stay for all of our guests.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my guests having a wonderful stay and enjoying their time here in Kota Kinabalu.
Jesselton Quay is situated at the heart of Kota Kinabalu. It is within walking distance to:

There are not much things to do here in Kota Kinabalu. It's a very quiet place. But if you want to have a relaxing and quiet time with some places to shop, this is the place for you.
