All rooms are air-conditioned with WiFi, and the bathrooms are fitted with water heaters. For added convenience, a shared washing machine is available on the 4th level floor, and a water dispenser is provided on the 2nd level floor. The building is secured with CCTV and access doors. Parking is available downstairs - fees apply on weekdays (8 AM–5 PM), while parking is free after 5 PM, overnight, on weekends, and on public holidays.
