I love what i'm doing. I've been in hospitality industry for roughly 4 years now.
I'm fun and easy going and really love meeting new people on my adventures. I've stayed in homestay's all over the world and have met some great people on the platform who I now call my friends.
My favorite things in the world are music, animals, and sports. I especially love badminton and swimming. Oh, and I love coffee!

Our place is near Embassy area such as America Embassy, China Embassy, Saudi Embassy, Thai Embassy, UAE Embassy, Russia Embassy,...only 5 mins by Taxi/Grab.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Deposit 100-200rm
2. AIRCON USAGE: we would cover 30kW per 7-day Aircon usage. If the Aircon usage is higher than this, guests will need to pay 0.8RM/kW and it shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. We have Aircon Electric meter and guests will be sent the electric meter number at the moment guests check-in.
3. NO SMOKING on premise. We will be forced to charge a rm250 cleaning fee for any violations and the offender may be asked to leave our property without a refund.
4. MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws.
5. SHOES OFF inside the house.
6. PETS: No pets are allowed without prior consent and written approval. If Guest brings a pet, Guest risks forfeiting part or all of the security deposit. Pets are allowed only with prior consent and written approval. An additional pet deposit within the security deposit may be required.
7. PARTIES AND NOISE: Parties and/or events of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Unit. No party or event may take place without prior written permission of the host. Security Deposit provided by Guest will be forfeited.

9. Guests must acknowledge The listing is in a noisy area. Our condo is convenient to access to foods and transportation (bus/train/taxi) and close to several embassies thus please expect some external noise ( from the running train or the car/bike in tollway) which can be heard from our place.
This 3-bedroom apartment is part of a mid-rise building. Hence you'll have access to common area as well as hang out area.
