The property is located right in the middle of Kota Bharu city, making it easy to go anywhere. It sits beside the river, offering beautiful river views, especially in the evening. The location is very convenient, with popular malls such as AEON Mall, Lotus’s, and many great local eateries just a short drive away. It is also close to KPTM Kota Bharu and UiTM Kota Bharu, making it an ideal stay for parents who are registering or visiting their children, only about 5 minutes from the campuses.
