Tambatuon is a popular and affordable accommodation. It is perfect for those seeking a peaceful atmosphere, wanting to enjoy the beauty of nature, spend time with family, or escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Attractions here include stunning views of Mount Kinabalu and Mount Nungkok. The beautiful natural surroundings make Tambatuon an ideal budget-friendly destination for everyone. Visitors can swim in the clear river, enjoy a cup of Felix Coffee, and go hiking while breathing in the fresh mountain air. At night, the sky reveals a breathtaking view of the Milky Way — making it a perfect spot for photographers and nature lovers alike.
There is a local café run by the village residents, offering traditional food and drinks. Unfortunately, there is no transportation or shuttle service provided. Guests need to arrange their own transportation to the homestead. If you require transportation back to Kota Kinabalu or to Kota Belud town, you may request the homestead receptionist to arrange it for you one day in advance.
