Built in 1974, this traditional house is called the Malay Kutai (Kutai means old in Malay). It has been restored to its original design but have been improved for guests accommodation. If you want to experience living in a heritage home this is the place for you.
I am a lecturer on landscape architecture and park management.
This house is very near to public transit. It is located in a kampung in the town of Kamunting in Perak. The bus terminal is 300 meters away while the train station is 600 meters away.
