Kindly noticed that this unit NO HEAVY COOKING.
📣NO SMOKING ALLOWED 🚭
Here are some house rules:
1. Keep our home secure and lock doors & windows when leaving
2. RM 300 security deposit will be collected by bank transfer before check in, refunded after check out within 24-48 hours.
3. If evidence of SMOKING is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM300 for the removal of odours, debris and such.
4. No durian allowed
5. Kindly keep the place net and clean before check out
6. Check-in time after 3 pm, HOST has the right to reject early check-in to make sure the cleanliness of the house.
7. Check out before 12pm, HOST has the right to reject late check out to ensure the next customer check in efficiency.
8. Kindly take care of our home , treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
9.Please keep quiet after 10pm.
