Ponta is a small village with a beautiful beach suitable for young children. You will find Surfs Up at the beach, where you could learn to surf, or just rent asurf board or SUP if you like.
For the adults there are daily guided quad booze cruises. Take a walk up to the lighthouse. Not much to see, but a great view from there.
Alternatively for the adrenaline junkies, you could go scuba diving, whether qualified or not. There are several dive schools offering beginner dive courses right up to proffessional recreational certificates.
Dolphin viewing and swims are very popular and are rather special. For the men they can take time out and go on a fishing charter, leaving the ladies to shop.
A few stunning shops around with some of the locals talent on sale.
Love cafe restaurant has a beautiful vibe with open mike on a Sunday. Great pizza!!!
We at Waves are fortunate enough to have a stunning little restaurant called the Melting Pot which serves DELICIOUS meals and screens all the rugby events.
