You will find Pebble beach home at the end of a cul de sac, where the mighty Atlantic meets the shore of the Skeleton coast. With waves crashing into a mysterious bank of unexplained pebbles. Our home is a stone throw away from the beach, hosting a contemporary space. Surrounded by an upmarket suburb you can enjoy a stroll along the beach to where the flamingos rest, catch a fish, embrace the local vibe of surfers testing the waves, or simply just drift away watching the spectacular sunsets. Our fully equipped luxury double storey home offers 4 bedrooms of which 2 are on-suite. Two bedrooms have a shared full bathroom and there is a guest toilet downstairs. Three of the bedrooms have partial sea views. The bedrooms are located on the first floor accessible by stairs. A rooftop viewing area can be accessed from the first floor via a flight of stairs. Also offering an ample open planned kitchen, dining, living and indoor braai area walking out onto a patio fitted with high end furnishings. There is a double automated garage and off street parking. We are located within 100 meters from the beach in a very popular and secure area. The Wreck restaurant and Surfer’s corner is within walking distance offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Platz am Meer shopping centre is 1.5 km away, with Swakopmund city centre 6.8km and OceanView Spar 1.9km.

Swakopmund offers diverse activities, from historical and cultural experiences to thrilling desert adventures. 1. Adventure Activities (Desert & Ocean): Quad Biking & Sandboarding: The towering sand dunes of the Namib Desert right outside Swakopmund are perfect for adrenaline junkies. You can experience thrilling quad bike tours or sandboarding down the steep slopes. Living Desert Tours: These guided 4x4 tours take you into the seemingly barren Namib Desert to discover its hidden wildlife, including sidewinder snakes, chameleons, and geckos. They provide fascinating insight into the desert's unique ecosystem. Skydiving: For the ultimate thrill and breath-taking views of the desert meeting the ocean, skydiving is a popular option. Dolphin and Seal Cruises (from Walvis Bay): Just a short drive south to Walvis Bay, you can take boat tours to see dolphins, seals (especially the large colony at Pelican Point), and various seabirds. Some tours include fresh oysters and sparkling wine. Sandwich Harbour Tours: This is a highly sought-after excursion where the towering Namib dunes dramatically meet the Atlantic Ocean. Tours involve 4x4 drives through this unique landscape, often with lunch in the dunes. Kayaking with Seals: Another popular activity from Walvis Bay, allowing for close encounters with the playful Cape fur seals. Fishing: Both deep-sea and shore fishing are popular, with opportunities to catch species like cob, steenbras, and snoek.
