One of the closest private homes to the Boom, amazing location. Can see the ocean from the master bedroom. Open Nica style Rancho with lots of space, two air conditioned rooms and very fast WiFi. Beach break (Margaritas) out front and The Boom 5 min walk down the beach. Surfboard racks in both bedrooms. Great setup for traveling surfers and families. 5-10 min drive to several other surf breaks in the area and restaurants.

From New Jersey, I have been traveling to Nicaragua since 2010 and fell in love with this area. Great waves and great fishing, I am an avid surfer and gyotaku artist (Japanese art of fish printing). Several pieces of my art are hung on the walls. I spend several months a year at my Rancho and always love when others can enjoy the space when I’m not there.

This area is very safe, my caretaker and his wife and grown sons live right next door, so there is always someone there watching the house. There are boat rentals in the nearby marina for surfing or fishing. Tide pools to swim in during low tide just a 2-3 min walk out front to the right. Moto rentals in town in Asseradores. Also, surfboard rentals and lessons can be arranged.
