The fine small B&B is situated in our Monument an old farm dating from 1873. Gnarled beams add character to the all white space with open ceiling. Subtle colors and natural sub stainable materials create a relaxed , peaceful ambiance And the view into the wide green landscape owners stress levels immediately to zero.
I have a special interest in designing and creating a beautiful interior. Every time a year we make changes. During our European trips I am searching for unique items which makes our Farm suite special. I enjoy having guests all over the world, there stories, there interests. We have al lot in common. We also have a specially interest in Italian coffee, our little coffee house brings a lot of guests who comes especially for our bio coffee and home made cakes. Me love for music makes that we often organize lazy Sunday sessions. Several local and national musicians we invite. Also our guests can join these sessions for free.
Our rural area is well known for its hiking trails, ( Very famous PIETERPAD, Vechtdal path) and biking paths. Our farm is also situated near by de river "de Vecht". On this natural river you can peddle, canoeing. Our favorite restaurants are just in the neighborhood. Even an award winning restaurant is located 3 km away.
